PRESIDENT OBAMA AND TRUTH 101: WORKING FOR A GREATER AMERICA
As a party activist myself, I can appreciate the loyalty shown by the righties to the RNC's daily talking points. Party discipline is important.
The fealty the righties show to their talk show hosts is also impressive. They must sit with mouth watering anticipation for Rush Limbaugh to tell them the latest gay bash. Or for Neal Bortz to remind us George W. Bush never got a hummer in the oval office. (At least that we know about.)
Or for Ann Coulter to call somebody a "faggot."
The loyalty of rightie bloggers to each other is also quite touching. I guarantee, if you want to start a blog and get yourself 30 or 40 quick followers, post a comment here calling me a socialist or something like that. You will gain instant popularity among bloggers that have no other purpose than posting on fellow righty blogs how wonderful each other is because they hate President Obama and Truth101.
On behalf of President Obama and myself, I say to all the righties that have created their own blogs for the purpose of ripping on us: Your welcome friends. While the President's focus is more on our Nation's security and economic growth, and mine is on spreading truth, wisdom and organizing workers into the Union, we are still proud of all the blogs created thanks to our efforts to better America.
God Bless You All. And May God Bless America...

Hi KGT101, let me just say that I don't see a difference between the Right and Left blogs. Each have followers who rallly for the so-called cause of the said blogger. As far as going to a radio talk show for the latest news...I listen to radio talk shows for entertainment. I watch Fox AND CNN to get the latest topic then do my OWN research so that I get the FACTS, because as anyone with a brain knows each news media will SLANT depending on which side their on. However, not everyone does that and therein lies the problem.
I hope you have a Happy Memorial Day Weekend. Enjoy your family.
If it sounds like I lump all right leaning blogs as one, then I apologise for that Pamela. The ones I respect and enjoy are linked here.
Happy Memorial Day to you and yours also. Coincidentally, it's also our 24th wedding anniversary. My wife has a day of cutting down bushes, grilling, and visiting my Mom's grave at the Illinois Veterans Home Cemetary. Mom was a 9 year Veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving during WWII. Go Navy!
K&G - Congratulations! My husband and I recently celebrated our 33rd and we're still fighting after all these years!
It has become a family joke because the two of us are so stubborn and bossy. Our "conversations" are legendary.
Have a good Memorial Day and I'll bet your Mom was quite a woman - I'm sorry she isn't here with you.
It was supposed to be showers today, but there is a steady rain so I'll be indoors. But I'll be using my time reflecting on the lives of some great soldiers I have known; among the departed, my Uncle Sidney - A kinder man or more devoted soldier has never walked the earth than he and a dear friend, David who came home from Viet Nam and went on to lead a full, productive life in the service of others.
Still living; my son, who did his time with honor, integrity and devotion which is how he approaches every aspect of his life. And I'll remember all our military men and women who follow those same principles while serving here and abroad and I'll pray for their safe return.
Well said.
Lordie Truth you crack me up. I'm tempted to call you a socialist just to test your proposition.
You already get ten times the traffic I get Tom. I'd hate for you to become overwhelmed Brother.
Sadly, while you liberals talk (or technically in this case write) a good game evidence shows you to be anything but worried about the Nation or it's security.
Liberals are: "the view of the vast majority of American liberals, is decidedly anti-military, and unpatriotic."
Sorry, moonbutt lib demoncraprs, this is unassailable proof.
K>,
I certainly hope I never become a sheep to anyone's opinion. I don't care for extremes at either end. My policy has always been to continue to drive in my own lane. I read sites that espouse both sides. I have a decided philosophy, but it is my own. The the extent that some agree with me that's fine.
Have a great Memorial Day and I'll decorate my dad's and grandparents graves. As I sit here I'm always amazed by the fact that we are dwarfed by our parent's generation. God Bless America. Good to you sir.
Your words ring true Law and Order Teacher. "As I sit here I'm always amazed by the fact that we are dwarfed by our parent's generation"
Had my Dad over for supper this evening. 27 year Navy Veteran. He was in Korea as a corpsman attached to a Marine Outfit. No matter what I accomplish in life, it will always pale in comparison to his and all the others that served our Nation in time of war.
Thanks to all who served. Joe. (KGTruth101)
KGT,I spent Memorial Day with my family yesterday, so I didn't get to any blogging.
I took no offense to the "lumping right leaning blogs together." What's nice is you and I can RESPECTFULLY disagree in some areas.
On a side note, we have something in common, the 24th was my 22nd wedding anniversay. So, Happy belated Anniversay!
